Pat Miller is an experienced reflexologist and massage therapist based in Bredfield near Woodbridge in Suffolk, with easy access from Ipswich, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Framlingham and Saxmundham via the A12. For 18 years she built up a busy practice at The Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre in Martlesham but has now moved her business to Pond Place in Bredfield. She also sees a small number of clients at the Albany Clinic in Melton.

In 1998, Pat qualified  in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists, and over the years she has extended her reflexology expertise and knowledge through workshops and training in, Hand Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology with Susanne Enzer, Precision Reflexology with Jan Williamson, and Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) with Lynne Booth. She has also attended workshops and online webinars with Touchpoint of Denmark.

She soon added Massage to her toolbox of skills, qualifying first in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage (ITEC) then Sports Massage (IIST) followed by Aromatherapy Massage (IFA).

Recently Pat has been studying light touch therapies which work with the fascia (connective tissue). This is a new and exciting field of science and research where therapists, teachers and researchers are developing new ways of helping to reduce pain and improve health and well-being.   Pat has a Diploma in Body Realignment and has trained in ScarWork and Bonework.

Pat uses her many qualifications and experience to help people  who have various difficulties from pain to stress related problems for example, enabling clients to relax and unwind. Her range of skills allows her to combine techniques to provide a unique treatment for each person.
